Aesthetic Dentistry
What we do
Aesthetic dentistry at Hygge Dental is guided by harmony, precision and facial balance.
Our approach goes beyond appearance alone. When well-designed, a smile can naturally influence how you carry yourself, connect and show up in everyday life.
Guided by Digital Smile Design principles and advanced digital planning, we combine art, science and clinical craft to create natural, refined and enduring smiles. Sometimes the most meaningful changes come from the smallest adjustments — subtle refinements that blend seamlessly with your natural features while supporting what makes you, you.
The Process
Guests can expect a highly personalised dental experience, with tailored treatments delivered by a team who values craft, precision and longevity.
1. Consult and records collection
We begin by understanding your unique goals, focusing on function, aesthetics, longevity and comfort. This may include a discussion about tooth colour, shape, alignment, proportions, gum display and overall facial balance.
We gather the information needed for planning, which may include photographs, digital scans, X-rays and a bite assessment. We also check the health of your teeth and gums before planning cosmetic treatment.
2. Smile design and treatment planning
We design a personalised treatment pathway based on your facial features, tooth proportions, bite, gum position and long-term dental health. Where appropriate, this may include digital smile planning or a preview of the proposed outcome.
3. Treatment staging and delivery
We outline the recommended treatment sequence, timing, costs and any alternative options. Some smile makeovers may involve several stages, such as whitening before bonding, Invisalign® before veneers or gum contouring before final restorations.
Treatment is completed according to the agreed plan. This may involve one treatment type or a combination of treatments, depending on your case.
4. Long-term maintenance
After treatment, we review the result, check comfort and function and provide maintenance advice to help protect your smile over time.
A note on treatment information
All dental treatment is subject to individual assessment. The information on these pages is intended as a guide to what we offer at Hygge Dental, not as a recommendation of treatment for any specific person. Before any care begins, your dentist will discuss the options most suitable for you — including the benefits, risks, limitations, costs, expected outcomes and ongoing maintenance — to help you make an informed decision with clarity and confidence. Outcomes vary between guests.
